This document sets out all legal terms governing the use of the k3444 platform. Please read it in full before creating an account.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in 2026. Continued use of the platform after any update means you have accepted the revised terms.

1. Definitions & Applicability

In this document, "k3444", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the k3444.lat website and all services operated under it. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person who accesses this platform or creates an account.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply in full to accessing, registering on, or using any service on the k3444 platform. By accessing the platform, you voluntarily accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

  • Only one account may be created per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

  • You may not create an account on behalf of another person or using another person's details.

k3444 reserves the right to refuse registration or account access at any time, particularly if the information provided is suspected to be incomplete or false.

3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

k3444 is firmly committed to protecting minors from gambling. The platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.

Important: As part of the account verification process, k3444 may request a national identity card or other valid proof of identity at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

If it is found that a user created an account using a false identity or false age, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your k3444 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

  • Sharing account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity or signs that your account has been compromised, contact the k3444 support team immediately.

  • You are advised to use a strong password and update it regularly.

k3444 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect your information, but the platform is not liable for any loss caused by the user's own negligence.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Accepted methods for depositing funds at k3444 are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Funds will be credited to your account after the deposit is successfully processed.

  • When making a deposit, only use a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
  • Deposited funds will not earn any interest or returns.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Payments are made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

  • Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
  • Winnings from bonuses must meet the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • k3444 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if additional verification is deemed necessary.

Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet) users should confirm that your wallet is active and that your transaction limit is sufficient.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

k3444 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply when a bonus is accepted.

6.1 Bonus Amount

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
  • Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive up to ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonuses have a fixed validity period — any bonus that expires will be cancelled.
  • Attempting to claim bonus benefits across multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
  • k3444 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
  • In any bonus-related dispute, k3444's decision will be considered final.

7. Gaming Rules

Casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, and other gaming services are available on the k3444 platform. Each game may have its own specific rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

  • All bet outcomes depend on a random number generator (RNG) or live events.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, k3444 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
  • If manipulation is found in any game, the associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • You are advised to avoid placing large bets before you understand the rules of a game.
  • To ensure fair play, k3444 uses game software tested by an independent third party.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k3444 platform and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering with a false identity or using another person's details.

  • Interfering with, hacking, or conducting any other unauthorised activity on the platform's software.

k3444 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

12.3 Changes to Terms

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between k3444 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.

  • Any complaint must first be submitted to the support team.

  • In disputes regarding gaming results, game logs and server data will be considered as final evidence.
  • In disputes regarding bonuses or promotions, k3444's interpretation and decision is final.
